摘要
司法腐败是司法实践中存在的一个恶性毒瘤,是滋生和助长其他腐败的重要原因。它严重扰乱了国家正常的法律秩序,严重践踏了法律的权威性。因此,要从司法腐败的理论界定着笔,分析透视司法腐败的根源及其所带来的社会危害,以实现司法独立为视角,探求防治司法腐败的现实路径。
Judicial Corruption is a hazardous problem in the practice,which gives rise to other corruptions.It disturbs the order of national legal system and deteriorates the authority of Law.Therefore,it is very important to try all means to get rid of Judicial Corruption.This article starts with the definition,analyzes the source and the damages to the society,and finally tries to find out the path to solve this problem in the view of judicial independence.
