摘要
目的应用加速度记录仪定量评估急性脑梗死患者上肢运动功能。方法选择入院的脑梗死偏瘫患者48例,分别在入院时、治疗4周后使用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)和功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评估上肢功能。另在偏瘫侧手腕佩戴手表式加速度记录仪5 d,评价昼间平均活动量及去趋势变化参数(DFA),对量表评分与参数进行相关性分析。结果治疗4周后,患者FMA评分、昼间活动量以及DFA参数较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),DFA参数与FMA、FIM量表存在较好的相关性。结论加速度记录仪记录的平均活动量及DFA参数能够客观、量化地评价脑梗死患者上肢的运动功能。
Objective To quantitative assessment of the motor function of the upper limbs in patients with acute cerebral infarction by the use of actigraphy.Methods At baseline and 4 weeks after treatment,the upper limb motor abilities of 48 hemiplegia patients were assessed by Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Functional Independence Measure(FIM).All patients wore the watch-type actigraphy for 5 days on the side of the urist in hemiplegia,and the average of daily activity and the Detrended Fluctuation Analysis(DFA) were recorded.The correlation among the FMA,FIM,and DFA were analyzed respectively.Results Not only the FMA,but also the daily activity and the DFA were improved significantly(P<0.05) after 4 weeks treatment.There were good correlations among FMA,FIM and DFA.Conclusion The assessment of the daily activity and DFA recorded by actigraphy can monitor the motor function of the upper limbs in objectively and quantitatively patients with acute cerebral infarction.
