摘要
本文通过一个探索性案例研究,回答高层领导支持如何促使关键用户在ERP实施过程中积极向实施顾问学习,从而保障实施效果。本研究主要使用扎根理论方法,发现高层领导的支持可归纳为资源方面的支持、项目支持和变革支持。这些支持行为让关键用户感知到高层领导的重视,推动他们的各种学习行为,而后者又提高了ERP的实施效果。
The paper answers the question that top leaders'support is very important for the key users in ERP implementation process to implement active learning through a case study,so as to ensure implementation effect.This research mainly use grounded theory method,the support of the senior leadership that can be described as resources,project support and change support.These support behaviors let key users perception to the attention of top leaders,promote their various learning behaviors,and the latters improve the implementation effect of ERP.
