摘要
改革开放以来,曾经一度绝迹的赌博之风又在我国沉渣泛起。尤其是近年来,随着我国对外交流的不断扩大,跨境赌博活动呈现愈演愈烈之势。因此有必要对我国跨境赌博活动的组织者、代理人与参与者等主体特点,跨境赌博活动的涉外性,招赌拉客行为的传销方式和网络赌博日益突出等行为特点,以及对我国跨境赌博影响较大的毗邻与非毗邻境外赌场的分布特点进行深入的分析。
Gambling has become more and more serious since the reform and opening up policy was carried out although gambling was once extinct after the cracking down.Cross-border gambling became more and more serious with continuing expansion of China's foreign exchange especially in recent years.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze deeply the agent characteristics of the organizers,participants and other agents,the behavior characteristics of the cross-border gambling activities,the multi-level marketing mode of bidding and soliciting acts and online gambling as well as the distribution characteristics of cross-border gambling which have greater influence and non-adjacent distribution of the casino.
