摘要
事业单位管理的高效化离不开档案管理的科学化,必须以档案管理的科学化促进事业单位管理的高效化。档案管理是事业单位管理的重要一环,没有认识到档案和档案管理工作的重要作用,就难以在实践工作中充分重视。本文将从分析当前事业单位档案管理的现状入手,指出事业单位档案管理工作科学化的重大现实意义,探讨如何加强机关单位的档案管理工作,维护档案的完整与安全,实现档案的有效利用。
management of public institutions can not do efficiently without the archives management,must management of archives scientific institutions to promote the scientific management of efficiency.Archives management is the management institution is important one annulus,don't recognize the files and the important role of archives management work,it will be difficult to work in practice.This paper will analyze the present status quo of management of archives in public institutions,discuss that scientific institutions of management of archives has great practical significance,How to strengthen the management of archives work,to maintain the integrity and security of archives,to achieve the effective use of the archives.
