摘要
构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,是全面建设和谐社会的必然要求。高校青年女教职工在教学、科研、服务、管理等工作中发挥着重要的作用。在构建和谐校园中,面对高校青年女教职工这个团体,高校女职工委员会应在职业生涯规划、成长以及权益的维护等三个方面作出积极贡献。
Harmonious campus is an important part of construction a harmonious society,a necessary requirement of building a harmonious society in all respects.Young female college faculty play an important role in teaching,research,service,management,etc.During the procession of construction of harmonious campus,the Committee of College Women Workers shall make a positive contribution in their career planning development and maintenance rights of their for this group of young women at the college.
