摘要
基层群众自治制度是我国社会主义民主政治的四项制度之一,基层群众自治的产生与发展,推动了从中央到地方形成比较完整的基层群众自治的法律制度保障体系,但是,基层群众自治组织法律制度在其运行进程中也存在影响基层群众自治的障碍因素。本文针对存在问题,提出了促进基层群众自治组织法律制度良性运行的建议。
Grass-roots autonomous organizations system is one of four items system of our country socialist democracy,the creation and development of grass-roots autonomous organizations,have driven the legal system forming comparatively entire grass-roots autonomous organizations legal system from central authority to place,but grass-roots autonomous organizations legal system also exist barriers in it's operation.This paper promote working suggestion of g grass-roots autonomous organizations legal system in order to solve the problems.
