摘要
在跳远训练中,起跳是关键技术,而影响起跳的因素很多,其中起跳的准确性是一个很重要的因素。本文就起跳的准确性问题,发表自己的见解。
In the long jump training,take-off is the key technology,many factors affect the take-off,which the accuracy is a very important factor.This paper expresses their views,though the problem of the accuracy of take-off.
