摘要
学生宿舍是学校育人环境的重要组成部分,学生宿舍环境对学生的健康成长有重要影响。宿舍管理是全寄宿中学管理的一大难点。笔者尝试开展学生自主管理,寻找学生宿舍管理的突破口。该文对笔者一年来组织学生宿舍自主管理的实践进行总结和思考,探究学生宿舍管理的问题和对策。
The student dormitory is an important part of the school education environment,student dormitory environment has a major impact to healthy development of students.Dormitory management is the management of a difficulty in all boarding school.Author try to carry out student self-management,management of the dormitories to find a breakthrough.In the article,the author organize a year's practice of self-management of student hostels to sum up and think,explore dormitory management problems and countermeasures.
