摘要
新时期独立学院共青团工作面临新形势、新问题和新挑战,对于共青团工作的各个方面需要进行再思考、再研究,因为这决定了共青团能否在高校学生思想政治教育和人才培养工作中发挥更大作用,同时也决定了共青团能否在服务学校人才培养中获得可持续的发展动力。本文从共青团的工作职责和目标、工作理念和内容、工作制度和队伍建设等方面进行了再探索。
Independent School League New work is facing new situations,new problems and new challenges,the Communist Youth League in all aspects of the work of rethinking the need for further research,because it determines whether the Communist Youth League in college students ideological and political education and the fostering of talent to play a greater role,but also determine whether the Communist Youth League school personnel training in the service of sustainable development gained impetus.In this paper,the work of the Communist Youth League functions and objectives,work ethic and content,work systems and team building were re-explored.
