摘要
要正视高校生源地区性差异的存在,合理分析它在学生成长以及教育辅导过程中的作用;同时应该在教育辅导方面有的放矢地采取针对性措施进行引导和帮扶,多渠道地帮助学生成长。
Pay attention to the existence of this difference,reasonably analyze the effect of the growth of students and the process of educational tutor,and at the same time they should also take some measures with a purpose to guide and help the students with respect to the educational tutor,and help the students to grow up in many ways.
