摘要
本文论述了新课程背景下民族地区教师信念研究的三方面的意义:有利于推行新课程理念,转变当地教师观念;对改善民族地区教师教学实践和师资水平也具有理论与实践意义;该领域研究也将促进我们对民族地区教师文化心理的理解,寻找适民族地区的教育教学之路。
This paper argues that 1) teacher’s belief researches are very beneficial to change local teachers’ inherent thinking as well as complementing new views of New Curriculum Reform;2) to improve teachers’ teaching practices and quality;3) to help us understand teachers’ cultural psychology and explore proper ways of minority education.
