公共图书馆坚持"以人为本"就是要在图书馆管理中强调人本管理,以馆员为中心,在服务中坚持以读者为中心。既突出馆员在图书馆中的主体地位和价值实现,又重视读者需求和满意度。
The public library insists on People-Orientation is to emphasize the humanist administration in the management of library,which takes the librarians as the central task and the reader as the central task in the service.Giving prominence to realizing value and subject status of librarians and emphasizing on the reader’s needs and satisfaction.
