幼儿教师职业活动对象及工作性质决定了她需要具有与其他类型教师不同的教育技能,提高幼师教育技能,对促进幼儿教师的专业化发展是十分必要的。
The object of professional activities and working property of preschool teacher decides that she need skills different from other teachers,improving the educational skills is very necessary to promote the professional development of preschool teachers.
