摘要
医生是一个特殊的职业,人们评价医生是白衣天使,他们帮助病人解除痛苦,挽救生命。在现阶段的社会中,随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人们的思维也在随之变化。高校对医学生的培养,应该着重考虑学生的年龄特点、专业特点,有针对性的进行培养。加强党建工作,在专业技能稳步提高的同时,还必须对医学生进行思想政治方面的教育,从而培养出医德和医术同样优秀的学生。
Doctor is a special profession,they are evaluated as angels,they help patients relieve pain,save lives.In the present society,with economic development,social progress,people's thinking is changing.The training of medical students should consider the age of the students,characteristics of professional,to train targeted.Strengthening Party building work,the professional skills is steady increasing,while we must conduct ideological and political education for medical students,then train the medical students with excellent ethics and skills.
