摘要
科学发展观是新一届党中央根据变化了的国内外条件提出的,在十七大上已被写入党章。其出发点是让国家更好地发展,这是基于国内出现的问题、国际经验及国家在发展过程中积累的能力提出的。
The the scientific development concept is proposed of the new Central Committee according to the changed conditions at home and abroad,it has been written on the Constitution in the seventeenth congress.The starting point is to make countries better development,it is proposed that based on domestic problems,international experience and the accumulation ability of countries in the development process.
