摘要
21世纪是网络的时代,网络渗透着人们生活的诸多领域,政治生活也不例外。人大代表是人民权力行使的重要载体,网络时代下如何使人大代表的职能有效发挥,网络平台又能否解决现在人大代表中出现的问题,本文试以论述。
It is a era of network for 21st century,where network has penetrated into a good many fields in people's life,as well as political life.Deputy to the People’s Congress is an important carrier for the exercise of people's power.Therefore,it turns to be essential issues in the internet-age for those how to make the function of people's congress representative work more effectively,and whether the network platform can solve the present problems of Deputy to the People’s Congress or not.This paper will try to discuss these topics.
