摘要
由国务院教育行政部门确定并实施的国家教育考试,具有权威性、规范性、教育性和社会性等特征,加强监控职能在国家教育考试管理中的作用,实行国家教育考试制度,对实现教育机会均等、保护受教育者的合法权益具有十分重要的意义。
Identify and implement the national education examinations by the State Council administrative department of education,has authoritative,normative,educational and social characteristics,to strengthen role of monitoring functions in the National Education Examination Management,implement of national education examination system,interests of the educated is very important to the realization of equal opportunities in education,protecting the legitimate rights.
