摘要
针对直升机飞行测试中电阻应变片的大量使用,如何在满足一定的性价比条件下提高其测量精度一直是测试人员研究的课题。本文提出了一种基于LABWINDOWS/CVI6.5和MATLAB7.0平台的BP(BackPropagation)改进算法与数据融合技术相结合的方法来提高应变片的测量精度。结果表明,通过桥路设计与本文软件算法相结合的技术,大大克服了应变片的非线形、温度漂移等严重影响测量精度的因素。
According to a great deal strain gauges are used in helicopter flight test,how to improve the measurement precision of them is always a main-studying task by the testing engineers.This paper introduces a method the improved BP algorithm and data amalgamation technology which is based on LABWINDOWS/CVI 6.5 and MATLAB 7.0 and it can improve the measurement precision.Practice proves that the method presented in this paper overcomes impact of the non-linear and temperature error of strain gauges .
