摘要
本文以硫酸钛为原料,尿素作沉淀剂,采用水热合成法制备了锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2微球。用XRD、TEM、SEM等测试手段对所制备粉体的物相组成、形貌等进行了分析。结果表明,所制备的球形粉体为锐钛型纳米TiO_2,球形直径分布在1-3μm之间,而且进一步发现这些球形颗粒是由直径为10-20nm的纳米颗粒自组装而成的。最后,对微球TiO_2的形成机理进行了探讨。
By using Ti(SO_4)_2 as the precursor and urea as the precipititating agent,TiO_2 microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The grain size,phase composition and morphology of the products arc characterization by XRD,TEM and SEM.The results showed that the resultant powders are anatase TiO_2,the morphology of the products exhibits spherical and the diameter ranges from 1 to 3μm.Further observations from SEM indicated that these microspherical particles were self-assembled by nanometer TiO_2 with the diameter of 10-20 nm.Finally,the formation mechanism of TiO_2 microspheres was investigated.
