烧伤对兔血红细胞内游离氨基酸浓度的影响

摘要 目的:为了解烧伤后游离氨基酸库的变化,动态观察烧伤兔红细胞内游离氨基酸的代谢变化。方法:以日立835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪测定兔30%TBSAⅢ°烧伤后1、3、7、15和20d血红细胞内游离氨基酸的含量。结果:烧伤后多数测试点红细胞内游离氨基酸不同程度降低;伤后1天苏、丝、甘、丙、胱、缬、蛋、异亮、赖、精、脯和总氨基酸浓度显著降低(P<0.05~0.01);苏、丙、缬、组、精和脯氨酸伤后各个时间点均降低,个别时间点显著降低(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:烧伤后红细胞内游离氨基酸依靠易化扩散参与全身氨基酸的再分布。 Objective: Objective:To observe the sequential changes in erythrocyte free amino acids in burned rabbits. Methods:Eighteen white rabbits were subjected to a 30% TBSA full-thickness burn injury. The free amino acids in erythrocytes were determined by Hitachi amino analyzer (model 850-50). Results: The free amino acid concentrations in erythrocytes were decreased to certain extent in various intervals, and significantly decreased on postburn day 1. Thr, Ala, Val, His, Arg and Pro were obviously decreased after burns. Conclusion: The results suggest that the free amino acids in erythrocytes might paticipate in systemic redistrubution of the free amino acid by facilitation delusion.
