摘要
目的:报道应用外固定支架简易内固定治疗 pilon 骨折的临床效果。方法:从1996年至2001年,我们应用外固定支架和钢丝、螺丝钉、钢针等简易内固定物治疗 Pilon 骨折18例。结果:临床和 X 线影象随访1～5年,骨折全部愈合,其中一期愈合率95%,平均愈合时间5.6个月;关节功能优良率达88.9%。结论:外固定支架加简易内固定是治疗 Pilon 骨折的一种有效方法,操作简单,固定牢固,能够促进骨折愈合,允许早期功能锻炼,提高了关节功能恢复的优良率。
Objective:To report the clinical results in the treatment of the Pilon fracture as a result of hige-en- gery injury with the external fixator combined with simple internal fixation.Methods:From Jume 1996 to June 2001,18 cases of pilon fracture as a result of high-engery injury were treated with the external fixator combined with simple internal fixation.Results:Both clinically and radiologically follow-up was performed in 18 cases.The healing rate of the frature was 100% in this group,of which excellent healing reached 95%,and the average heal- ing time was 5.6 months for the fracture of the tibia (18 cases).Conclusions:External fixation with simple inter- nal fixations was an effective and simple modality in the treatment of the Pilon fracture.Impairment of blood sup- ply around the fracture can be avoided and good stability obatained,promoting bone healing and allowing early functional exercises of the involved limb.
