摘要
目的:研究空间条件对13株微生物生物学特性的影响。方法:可能影响航天员身体健康及降解空间材料的13株微生物,包括细菌、真菌、放线菌,经搭载7d 后,对它们的一些生物学特性进行初步研究。结果:空间条件对菌株的存活增长率均有明显提高,普遍生长较快,多数菌株产生色素;形态特征也有不同程度的变化;某些菌株对个别药物的抗性有所减弱,对多数药物的抗性不变。结论:微生物在空间条件下繁殖能力增强,搭载后生长加快,形态分化提前,对药物的遗传抗性基本稳定。
Objective:To investigate effects of space flight on biological characteristics of 13 microorganisms. Method:13 potential pathogenic or biodegrading microorganisms,including bacteria,actinomyces and fungi,were carried on space aerocraft for 7 days.Some of biological characteristics were studied after recovery.Result:In space condition,survival and growth rate was promoted,and soluble pigments were produced;morphological properties had been changed differently;The antibiotic-sensitivity of few strains was decreased while most of which was invariable.Conclusion:The reproduction ability and growth rate of microorganisms was promoted after carried into space,and morphological differentiation was advanced;The resistance to antibiotics was stable.
