脑桥被盖部出血继发双侧肥大性下橄榄核变性一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男,52岁,因言语笨拙、头部以及四肢不自主抖动1个月于2010年6月16日入院。有高血压病史,曾因脑干出血于2010年2月24日入我院住院治疗(图1),经治疗后遗留左侧肢体力弱,经治疗后生活基本能自理,至2010年5月出现言语笨拙、头部、喉部以及四肢不自主颤动,有时有呃逆,步态不稳,视物晃动,饮食以及大小便正常,神经系统查体:意识清楚。
