经皮肾镜取石穿刺误入下腔静脉并留置肾造瘘管一例 被引量：7

摘要 患者男,51岁,主因"发现右肾结石10年,经皮肾镜取石失败半个月"入院。患者10年前无明显诱因出现右腰痛,在当地医院超声检查提示:右肾结石。曾行体外碎石7次,未见结石排出。近1年上述症状反复发作,于外院行静脉肾盂造影(图1)示:右肾多发结石。遂在当地医院行经皮肾镜肾结石气压弹道碎石术(PCNL),术中因出血较多未行碎石清石而终止手术。
