摘要 1.学习借鉴国外资源型城市转型发展的先进经验。资源型城市转型是一个全球性问题,国外资源型城市通过多元化经营实现转型有不少成功的做法,国家应组织资源型城市的政府官员、企业代表到转型成功的资源型城市实地考察学习,多方求证,反复论证,再结合资源型城市各自的市情,制定可行的对策与举措。
