摘要
采用人工三倍体新桑品种嘉陵 2 0号冬芽生长点为接穗 ,嫁接在西桑 1号×西桑 3号F1的试管苗茎段上 ,通过组织培养获得再生植株。这样可以将快繁、脱毒、复壮、嫁接集为一体 ,快速建立人工三倍体嘉陵 2 0号的母本圃 ,解决生产上该品种接穗的供应 ,防止品种退化等。
The growing points of the winter buds of the new artificial triploid mulberry breed Jialing 20 were used as the scions to be grafted onto the test tube plants of (Xisang1 x Xisang 3)F 1s. Regenerated plantlets were successfully obtained in in vitro culture. Thus, this procedure help to integrate rapid propagation, virus elimination, rejuvenation and grafting, to rapidly build a maternal parent seminary for the artificial triploid variety Jialing 20, to guarantee the adequate supply the scion of the variety and to prevent variety degradation.
