摘要
家蚕基因资源库中归类于茧色单元的保存系 0 3- 130 ,其卵色为白色 ,蛾复眼亦为白色。杂交试验结果表明 ,0 3- 130白色卵表现为混合型母性遗传 (Ⅲ型 ) ,即F1表现雌亲卵色性状 ,F2 蛾区内发生分离 ,而不是延迟到F3代才发生蛾区间的分离 (母性遗传Ⅰ、Ⅱ型 ) ;但基因座与母性遗传Ⅰ型卵色突变—第 1白卵 (w - 1)相同 ,即 10 - 12 .7。称之新母性白卵 ,基因符号 :w - 1n。
The eggs of the preserved strain 03-130, which is grouped into the cocoon unit in the gene bank of silkworm (Bombyx mori), are white and its moths with compound eyes are also white. In a hybridization experiment, the inheritance of white egg in 03-130 appeared to be of a mixed type of maternal inheritance (Type III). In other words, all the F1s were similar to their maternal parent in egg color and, unlike the case of Types I and II, in which inter-batch segregation occurs in F3s, intra-batch segregation occurred in F2s. However, its locus was the same as the egg color mutation (w-1), or at 10-12.7. Therefore, this new strain is named a new maternal white egg with a gene symbol (w-1 n) assigned.
