摘要
目的:探寻适合新医改目标的基本药物流通模式。方法:通过对我省基本药物试点流通模式调研发现存在的问题并提出建议。结果:调研表明基本药物制度还存在招标体制不完善、配送不到位等问题,建议政府选择终端覆盖强的企业、完善招标采购、建立现代化医药物流体系。结论:通过分析各种流通模式,笔者认为目前最好的方式是医药企业与物流公司合作,共同修建医药物流中心,以省为单位集中招标采购,对配送实行招标统一配送,并采取"省级配送商+地市级配送商"模式。
Objective:To exploring the model of distribution of essential drugs under the background of new medical reform.Method :Through the investigation of the model of distribution of essential drugs in Jiangxi province,we find some problem and give some suggestion.Results:The reseach indicated that essential drugs also has some questions such as imperfect tender system,incomplete distribution and so on.Suggested that the government choose the terminal cover strongly enterprise,consummate the procurement system,establish modernization medicine physical distribution systems.Conclusion :Through the analysis of various distribution pattern,the author thinks that the best way is that the pharmaceutical enterprises collaborate to logistics company,and build jointly pharmaceutical logistics center.Medicine purchase and distribution use the public bidding way with province as a unit.And distribution use the way of provincial distribution business and municipal distribution business.
