“钻石玫瑰”高效再生体系研究

摘要 用MS作为基本培养基,以带芽的"钻石玫瑰"茎段为外植体建立高效再生体系。结果表明:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L适合丛生芽诱导,诱导率达83%;MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L适合继代增值培养,不定芽的增殖系数可达5.83;MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L适合生根诱导,诱导率为95%。 The stems with bugs of diamond-rose(Rose sp.) as explants were cultured on MS basal medium.The results showed that MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L was suitable for inducing adventitious bugs,the induced rate reached to 83%.The perfect medium for adventitious shoot proliferation was the MS medium MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L and the proliferation coefficient reached to 5.83.MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L was the best suitable medium for inducing roots and the induced rate reached to 95%.
