摘要
在历史原因和自然环境等因素综合影响下,我国东北地区改革创新意识较弱,多年来经济增长速度较慢,产业结构调整成效不明显,中小企业融资难问题尤为突出。吉林省地处东北三省中间位置,有国家支持的众多重点工业、企业,解决中小企业融资难问题不仅有利于当地经济快速、健康发展,亦对东北老工业基地振兴起着重要作用。
Under the influence of historical reasons and the natural environment,sense of reform and innovation in Northeast China is weak,and economic growth is slower over the years.Small and medium-sized enterprises financing problems is especially obviously in this area.Jllin Province is located in the middle of the three Northeast Province,and there are a number of key industrial state enterprises.The development of SMEs in the process of solving the shortage of funds is not only good for rapid and healthy development of the local economy,but also plays an important role on the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.
