摘要
研究针对以CPLD/FPGA器件作为高速数据采集卡核心控制逻辑、以USB传输方式作为采集卡和PC机的数据接口,实现了模拟数据的转换、传输和分析的具体应用,该项目在CPLD/FPGA中嵌入CPU软核作为控制核心(SOPC技术),并构成嵌入式系统的外围器件,形成数字波形观测仪的数字核心模块,配以模拟通道信号调理电路,组成一个完整的波形观测分析系统.
The project developed with CPLD / FPGA device as the core of high-speed data acquisition control logic to USB transfer mode as a capture card and PC,the data interface to achieve the conversion of analog data transmission and analysis of specific applications;the project CPLD / FPGA soft-core embedded CPU core as a control(SOPC technology),and the embedded system peripheral device,creating a digital waveform observation in the number of core modules,together with the analog signal conditioning circuit to form a complete waveform observation and analysis system.
