The mineral resource is an important material foundation of national economy and social development.The exploration and utilization of mineral resources plays an important role to protect and promote the sustainable development of the national economy.In China mining companies are in a completely new stage of development and have difficult to become listed companies.We must constantly improve the capital market of China's mining industry,accelerate the development of the mining venture capital market in order to solve the growing problem about the lack of funds and promote to develop China's mining companies into internationally competitive mining group.
