摘要
DC-DC电源变换器件广泛应用于各类低压开关电源中.由于器内部固定电压基准源限制,输出可调电压最小值受限.器件内部虽有过流保护,但不能长时间保护器件过载.提出一种输出电压低端调整扩展及恒流保护方式,可以有效改善DC-DC器件电源上述缺点.使输出电压最低值摆脱内部基准源限制,并且在负载长时间过载,短路状态下,保持电源恒流输出,有效保护电源不受损坏.在外接负载正常后,能自动恢复正常输出.
DC-DC Converter widely used all kinds of low-voltage switch power supply,component voltage reference limits adjustable MIN voltage,over-current protection can't help component stand long time over-current.The paper proposed output lower voltage adjustable scale enlargement and constant current protection solution,which can overcome adjustable MIN voltage scale limit,power supply can provid CC output while long time over-current,Short-circuit,with right load resistances can automatic recovery of power supply.
