摘要
要有效破解“三农”问题,必须用科学发展观为指导,认真贯彻“统筹”原则,狠抓各项工作落实。要加快农业发展,解决“三农”基础问题;抓好农村发展和稳定两大重点,解决“三农”关键问题;提高农民素质和生活质量,解决“三农”根本问题。
If we want to analyse and explain the problem of Rural economy,Rural development and Ruraldemograghy efficiently,we must take the scientific view as a guide,implement the principle of overallcarefully,emphasize on the implementation of every work.If we want to accelerate agricultural development,to solve thebasic problem of the issue of Rural economy,Rural development and Rural demograghy,we must emphasize onrural development and steady,solve the key problem of the issue of Rural economy,Rural development and Ruraldemograghy;and we must improve the quality of peasants and life quality,solve the basic problem of Ruraleconomy,Rural development and Rural demograghy.
