With a few little towns dotted alongside, luxurious mountain ranges on both banks and countless man-made scenes from ancient times, charm flows from the Lijiang River. Our journey to this 100-mile "Lijiang Gallery," as many boast, starts from the middle reaches of the Lijiang River, located in the section from Guilin to Yangshuo, which is home to most of the man-made scenery.
