油脂改性制备浅色减摩抗磨剂及其性能研究

摘要 以植物油和丙三醇为原料,在特定催化剂和一定温度下进行酯交换、硫磷化以及中和等反应,制得了新型的润滑油摩擦改进剂,并对其进行了表征和摩擦性能考察。结果表明:与传统的T405相比,该产品具有颜色浅、成本同样低廉、效果更加优越等特点。 A new kind of friction modifier was prepared from vegetable oil and glycerol under a certain temperature and pressure with catalyst via transesterification,dithiophosphates formation and neutralizing.The structure was characterized and its tribological behaviors were investigated.The results showed that,compared with the commercial additive T405,its color is much lighter and its friction properties are little better.It′s a new potential low cost friction modifier.
