摘要
目的解决小尺度污物引起的污垢问题,实验研究液固循环流化床污水换热器的流动特性与防、除垢特性,探讨循环流化床换热器技术在污水源热泵系统中应用的可行性.方法搭建单管式液固循环流化床换热器实验系统,进行液固循环流化床换热器流动特性测试、两种流速下传热系数测试与三种工况的固体粒子防、除垢性能实验.结果液固循环流化床换热器加入粒子后,管段压降增大;无粒子工况下传热系数随运行时间逐渐下降;在循环流速为1.5~2.0 m/s内,加入3%直径为2.5 mm的钢球与加入3%直径为2~3 mm的沙粒均有效抑制了污垢增长.结论液固循环流化床换热器的压降大于常规换热器的压降;仅采用提高流速的方法无法完全防止污垢生成;液固循环流化床换热器有着明显的强化换热功效,可以有效抑制污垢的增长并实现在线清洗.
