吉杂16是以高代自交系01104-1-2-0-0为母本,以自交系02-196-1-1-1-m-m-m为父本配制而成的华南型黄瓜一代杂种。属早熟品种,从播种到采收55d(天);植株生长势强,叶片中等,根系发达,株高380cm,蔓粗0.95cm,平均节数42节;以主蔓结瓜为主,平均第1雌花节位为3.5节;果实棒状,果长20～25cm,单瓜质量150～210g,果皮绿白色,黑刺,肉质细脆,微甜,有香气,商品性状优良;田间调查对霜霉病的抗性强于对照黑291,平均每667m2产量为6333.3kg,适宜吉林省保护地栽培。
