摘要
野生二粒小麦是四倍体和六倍体小麦的祖先种,是普通小麦育种的优异基因源。介绍了野生二粒小麦与普通小麦的亲缘关系和作为优质基因源的优点,总结了分子生物学在野生二粒小麦上的研究现状,并讨论了野生二粒小麦在育种中的应用前景。
