摘要
目的建立红景天中红景天苷、酪醇的含量测定方法。方法用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(17:83)作为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为275nm。结果红景天苷在0.414～6.624μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);酪醇在0.0928～1.4848μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率分别为98.3%和99.6%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.9%。结论本方法为红景天药材质量标准的提高和红景天药材原料的选用提供了相关实验依据。
