摘要
邓小平作为党的第二代领导核心,其外交战略在继承了毛泽东外交战略的基础上,又有新的发展和创新,为党和国家在改革开放新时期的对外交往中提供了重要的理论基础。邓小平外交战略是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,它包括五个方面的内容:外交思想、外交利益、外交实力、外交目标、外交政策,这五个方面构成了一个科学体系,体现出"创新性"、"全球主义"、独特的思维取向、原则性和灵活性相统一等特点。
