摘要
经济危机使全球经济步入了"寒冬",各行各业均受到不同程度的影响,在这场危机中,企业如何调整策略来应对是其面临的新挑战。从目前来看,处于歇业、倒闭阴影下的许多企业采取的一些诸如裁员、减薪等措施,给企业带来了新的问题。应该对这些新问题进行分析,尝试从人力资源管理的角度出发,根据企业实际情况采取相应的对策,以帮助企业降低风险、提高效率,走出经济危机的阴影。
