摘要
在侵犯知识产权犯罪案件呈逐年增加的趋势下,该类案件行为方式智能化,主体多样化,手段专业化,而现实中要设立专门的侦查机关条件尚不允许的情况下,侦查协助就显得尤为必要和紧迫。侦查协助在侵犯知识产权犯罪案件的侦查中是可行的,其具有理论基础、制度保障、实践基础和可借鉴的相关经验。
