摘要
近年来,校园安全事故屡有发生,暴露了我国教育管理的深层弊端——学校安全注意义务履行的缺失。从法理的角度对学校的安全注意义务进行全面分析,为加强学校管理,避免与减少校园安全事故的发生,进一步完善相关立法提供理论支持。
In recent years,campus security incidents often occur,exposing deep defects of our education management——the failure of schools to guarantee safety.This paper comprehensively analyzes the safety guarantee duty of school from a legal perspective and provides theoretical support for further perfecting the school legislation to strengthen school rational management and avoid or reduce campus security incidents.
