摘要
堤防加高培宽一定程度上提高了防御标准 ,但由此也带来了不可忽视的负效应 ,以致堤基出现新的险情。因此除非漫溢堤段 ,一般不宜采取加高措施 。
Heightening and widening of dykes has,to a certain extent,raised the flood control standard but caused negative effect which can not be neglected,bringing about new dangerous cases in the dyke base.So,generally it is not suitable to heighten a dyke unless water overflows it.It is more important to control leekage.
