摘要
建设社会主义民主是我国社会主义现代化建设的一个重要目标,又是人民民主专政国家的重要任务,民主与法制是相辅相成、缺一不可的。本文从民主与法制两个方面说明在社会主义市场经济的今天,如何进行民主与法制建设,重点从建立和完善社会主义法制制度,促进社会主义民主发展,论证了社会主义法制是社会主义民主的体现和保障。
A Building socialism is both an important goal of our socialist modernization and an important task ofpeople's democractic dictatorship. Democracy and legality are interdependent. This paper, from the respective aspect-democracy and legality,deals with how to carry out democracy and legality under present socialist market economy, with emphasis on building and perfecfting social legal construction, promoting the socialistic democratic development, illustrates that socialistic legal system is the embody and guarantee of socialist democracy.
