摘要
素质教育是一种教育理念 ,包含思想政治教育、文化教育、业务教育与身体心理教育 ,在全程实施素质教育过程中 ,应坚持把思想政治教育 (德育 )放在首位 ,并在教育模式、课程教材与考试改革。
Quality-oriented education should involve ideological education,cultural education,professional skill education as well as physical & psychological education of which ideological & moral education should be put in the first place in the process of its implementation.Also a new education system in respect to teaching pattern,teaching material together with teachers' training should be established in accordance with quality-oriented education.
