摘要
依法治国和以德治国是社会主义国家治国方略的两个相辅相存的方面。二者作为一个有机整体 ,在内容上相互吸收 ,功能上紧密结合、相互补充 ,实施上相互支撑、相互促进 ,对实现中华民族的长治久安。
To govern the country by the rule of law and to do so by the rule of virtue complement each other in the general plan for running a socialist country.As an organic whole,they draw substance from each other,they combine closly and function to supplement each other,and they support and help each other forward in their implementatiion.which has a great and profound significance for the accomplishment of the lasting political stability of the Chinese nation,of its long-term development.
