摘要
大连市在全国率先对企业离退休人员实行社会化管理工作的探索，其做法与经验得到国家的肯定与各地的好评，给全国带个好头。但其间也显露出一些矛盾，仍有不完善之处，解决这些问题，还必须进一步发挥政府、社区、社会三方面的重要作用。
Dalian is the first city in China to probe into social management of retired staff in Dalian enterprises． The action and experience have won consent from the central government and favorable comments from other regions． It has been playing a leading role in China． But some contradictions and problems have appeared． In order to solve them， functions of government， community and society need to be exerted．
